Varsity teams can be made up or students in any grade. JV teams must be composed of 10th graders or lower. Middle School teams must be composed of 8th graders or lower, and can compete as a JV team if they wish, playing against other JV teams. A host's free teams can be of any size. If you are unsure how many teams to enter, please give us an estimate at the end of this form.

Reader Policy

Per the rules found on this page, you must bring a reader for every one or two teams that enter. So, if you are bringing one or two teams, you need one reader, for three or four teams, you need two readers, etc. For every reader you do not bring, IAC will need to hire a reader at the price of $99 each to ensure the tournament runs correctly, therefore your entry will be charged $99 per missing reader. Schools entering solo teams only, or schools entering students participating in the Bee and/or exams ONLY, do not need to bring readers.
